It's difficult to change the email address you originally signed up with.
If you sign up via social login, you can keep using your account without having to remember the email.

How do I use the post office door-to-door parcel pickup service?

If a parcel that has arrived at the branch needs to be sent to another address,
you can use the post office's "door-to-door pickup" service, where a courier visits the branch in person to collect it.

Do the contract date and the business registration date have to be the same?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, you sign the contract first and then register your business based on that contract, so it's fine if the business registration date is later than the contract date.
However, backdating the contract date to an earlier date during business registration is not recommended for tax purposes,
so it's safer to register with a date on or after the actual contract date.

Do I have to register my business at the tax office with jurisdiction over the address?

You can file at a tax office other than the one with jurisdiction.
However, during the approval process, your documents will be transferred to the tax office with jurisdiction, which may take longer to process.
Sole proprietors can also apply online through the National Tax Service's Hometax.

Registered mail often requires "verification of the recipient in person," so CoworkCity does not officially receive it.
If registered mail is unavoidably sent, the landlord will upload the registered-mail sticker to your mail history. Please check it and change your delivery address to receive the item.

CoworkCity partner services do not affect your base contract rent.
Depending on the benefits offered by each partner, you can use them for free or at a discounted rate.
For tax and legal services, the initial consultation is free, but additional fees may apply if you hire them for actual work such as bookkeeping or setting up a corporation.

Can I sign a contract even if I don't have a business yet?

Yes, you can.
Most customers sign a contract with CoworkCity first, while they are still preparing their business registration.
You can then use the contract and virtual office address we provide to complete your business registration.

Accepted Answer

Changing the company name needs to be done directly by your assigned manager after review, so please let us know the new company name through our customer center and we'll take care of it for you.

How can I check my mail when it arrives?

When mail arrives, the branch landlord scans it and uploads it for you.
As soon as it's uploaded, you'll receive a real-time KakaoTalk notification, and you can view the image under My Page > Mail History.
The uploaded image may vary depending on whether you have purchased the standard mail opening service.

If you book in advance and then visit, we'll show you the seat to use on the day of the inspection so that it proceeds smoothly.
The inspection must be handled in person by the representative, and same-day visits are not possible, so please be sure to book in advance.

To keep your items safe, CoworkCity does not recommend receiving or storing parcels at our branches.

The local tax office may occasionally request a simple verification, but as long as you explain a reason that fits your situation, it should proceed without any issues.

Yes, we can.
Since payments are processed through a PG (payment gateway) company, a cash receipt for proof of expenditure is issued instead of a tax invoice.
A cash receipt for proof of expenditure has the same legal effect as a tax invoice, so there's no problem using it for expense processing.

With CoworkCity, there are no additional costs such as deposits or maintenance fees. You can use all of our services with just the virtual office rent.

CoworkCity mainly operates virtual offices, but you can use dedicated offices (for 1 to 3 people) at our directly operated branch in Yuseong, Daejeon.

CoworkCity does not offer a brokerage service to find a transferee for you.
For a transfer, you'll need to find the transferee yourself, and then contact our customer center to proceed with the name change.

You can pay monthly or annually. For the monthly plan, the first 3 months are paid in advance to allow for the tax office's business registration review, and automatic monthly billing begins from the 4th month.
The annual plan is billed every 12 months, and is available either as a one-time payment or as a subscription that automatically renews.

Lease: a contract signed directly between the building owner and the tenant.
Sublease: a contract that a shared office signs again with users after leasing the building itself.

Can I sign a contract even before establishing my corporation?

Yes, you can.
Before establishing the corporation, you can sign the contract under the representative's personal name first,
and please select the contract amount based on corporate business pricing from the start.
Once the corporate registration is complete, submit the certified copy of the corporate register and we'll update the contract to the final corporate name.

CoworkCity does not have staff stationed at its branches; instead, professional managers visit periodically to manage them.
If you need to visit the office, please make a reservation in advance through our customer center, and we'll guide you.

Refunds are handled as follows, depending on the timing and reason for the request.
• Change of mind: a 50% refund is available if requested within 1 month of payment (no refund after 1 month).
• Business registration rejection: if rejected due to an issue with the CoworkCity address, a 100% refund is available when supporting documents are submitted.

📌 Refunds due to rejection always require supporting documents.
If you only received a verbal notice from the tax office, please request the notice in the form of a text message or email to secure your evidence.

What happens if a parcel is too large to store?

Please contact CoworkCity if it needs to be forwarded with cash-on-delivery shipping after receipt.
