Vision · Mission · Market

The world is
changing fast.

AI is bringing us a new industrial revolution. Korea has already entered the era of 10 million businesses, with around 1.4 million new businesses registered every year. And beyond that lies a vast, untapped global market. We're looking for teammates to step half a stride ahead of this wave and build our service together.

Vision

A world where starting up is easy
and taking on challenges is fun.

We want to help build that world — where starting up is easy and bold moves are fun. A place where anyone can begin with a single good idea, and where trying and failing feels natural. We want to be one of the forces driving that change.

Mission

Let founders focus only
on the work they love.

We remove every bit of wasted energy founders spend on anything that isn't the heart of their business — admin, space, tools, decisions. We take all of it off their plate so they can focus entirely on their own work.

Our Values · 06

This is how
we work.

These are the six values that drive every decision at COWORKCITY. Hiring, reviews, product, meetings — every call we make rests on these six.

  • Value · 01

    Fearless

    Fearless

We don't avoid something just because it's never been done — we do it precisely because it hasn't. Failure isn't the end; it's data for the next attempt.

  • Value · 02

    Fast

    Fast

We turn thinking time into fast execution. Build fast, improve fast — and get closer to the service people truly need.

  • Value · 03

    Mission Oriented

    Mission Oriented

Every decision comes down to one line: 'Does this bring us closer to a world where starting up is easy and bold moves are fun?'

  • Value · 04

    Strategic

    Strategic

We trust people who do the right things, not just people who work hard. We align on direction before we start running.

  • Value · 05

    Efficient

    Efficient

The same result in less time. With fewer tools. With fewer meetings. That's exactly why AI is the most dependable teammate we have.

  • Value · 06

    Helpers

    Helpers

We become dependable allies to one another. The courage that flows among us is the same courage we pass on to founders.

North Star

We're building a world where starting up is easy and taking on challenges is fun. And along the way, we move forward together while holding true to these six values.

Who We Look For · 06 Traits

Here's what we look for.

  • 01
    Problem Solving

    Problem Solving

You don't just do the task as handed to you. You start by defining 'why does this even need solving?' — and you see it through, even when there's no clear answer.

  • 02
    Logical Thinking

    Logical Thinking

You think in structures, not hunches. You form a hypothesis, validate it with data, and rebuild from there.

  • 03
    Transparent Communication

    Transparent Communication

What's working, what isn't, what you don't know — all of it, exactly as it is. We put facts on the table instead of playing politics.

  • 04
    Meaning-Driven

    Meaning-Driven

You should be able to answer 'why does this work matter?' on your own. The company won't hand you the answer — you uncover the meaning yourself.

  • 05
    Self-Actualization

    Self-Actualization

You're not here to work for the company. You're here to become the person you want to be — and we walk that journey with you.

  • 06
    Positive & Grateful

    Positive & Grateful

You fill each day with gratitude. You value the people you work with, and you reach for thanks before complaints. We believe this kind of energy is what ultimately sets a team's pace.

Honestly, we're probably not a fit if…

Not a Fit
  • You'd rather be handed your work
  • You value hierarchical relationships
  • You're hesitant to pick up new tools
  • Change makes you uncomfortable
  • You want work that's fully predictable
  • You feel secure producing the same output every day
  • You think you're already good enough
  • You're more comfortable raising problems than solving them
  • You over-calculate every risk
  • You're looking for repetitive, day-to-day tasks

03Interview

You'll talk with the team members you'd work with and our co-founders. This is our time to hear 'why this work, and why you want to do it with us' — not to read off your resume.

After discussing terms, we'll share the final outcome. We'll set your start date and figure out the paperwork together.
